Burt's Farm

On Sunday morning, Mom, Dad, Grandma Babs and Grandpa Stu took Cooper to Burt's Farm . Its a truly amazing pumpkin patch and definitely worth the trip. Here Coop is dwarfed by one of the thousands of hu-normous pumpkins.
We brought one of these monsters home with us for the house. Cooper and I certainly hope Mom bakes a huge pumpkin pie with it after Halloween....j/k.

White and green pumpkins are a must for every household, right Cooper?

Cooper's First Road Trip

We took Cooper on his first road trip to Big Canoe for the weekend. Dad played in a golf tournament while Coop went to the outlets and shopped for more baby gear.

Then we met up for cocktails and the Georgia-Arizona State game. Cooper, always in the right gear, is seen here in an "away white" Georgia sleep sack -- what with it being a night game, he had to be ready to cheer AND sleep.

Georgia enjoyed sweet victory again, and Cooper is now 4-0 with the dawgs. Beware of the Crimson Tide who comes to Athens in just a few days. Cooper is ready for the blackout.

Here's the morning after UGA's big win. Cooper is exhausted and enjoying his beautiful 'Cooper' blanket from Rose and Mike Haber. We bundled up and enjoyed the cool mountain morning.

Mom-Cooper date at the Park

Mom and Cooper had a date at the park...

...but Mom didn't take Coop down the slide...
Dad's vowed the do the slide and swing set next time.

Here I am talking to my my new buddy the Army Mule! Go ARMY! Thanks Greg!

Sweet Cooper Moments

Here are some little moments from the last two weeks that Mom captured on camera for us.

The Kanes come through just in time...

A package was delivered Saturday morning just hours before the big Southern Cal-Ohio State game with Cooper's first Trojan gear. Aunt Karen and the boys sent Cooper a USC ball cap with 'C. Murphy' stitched on the back. He repped it proudly last night as USC dominated Ohio State.

Thank you Kane family.

For the record, however, this ball cap will not be worn when Georgia meets USC in Miami for the National Championship game. Cooper bleeds red and black first and foremost.
This is definitely enough to confuse a 7 week old...

Cooper and the Dawgs are 3-0...

Well, we are a couple weeks behind on the blog, but its football season and Cooper's been busy. Coop went casual for the Central Michigan rout with his "Growin' up on Georgia Football" T-onesy and 'G' bib. Dad's red shorts are still undefeated this season, 2-0.

Dad and Uncle Haber made the trip to Athens for the game and brought back a victory. We stopped off in Watkinsville to meet Cooper's future best friend, William Carlton Lawson, who was also decked out in Red and Black for the second game of the season.

".....Gooooooo Dawgs, Sic 'em! Woof-Woof-Woof......"

Coop took a break at the half for some tummy time, clearly not worried about a CMU comeback.

Fast forward to Columbia, SC and that evil Old Ball Coach a.k.a. Darth Visor a.k.a. Spurrier. We see a fashion savvy Cooper in his "road whites" for the UGA-USC match-up. Cooper let out a sigh of relief after a stressful 3 hours as the Dawgs escape with a 14-7 victory.

Beautiful Mother and Son shortly before Georgia's 3rd win of the season.
Cooper's road whites are now undefeated and are approved for wear again next Saturday as the team travels to Tempe, AZ to face the Sun Devils. Aunt Meg and Uncle Josh will be heading out to represent Team J's and G's. Go Dawgs!

Go Dawgs!

Cooper sported his Georgia red onesy on Saturday for the first action of the Bulldogs' 2008 season. Coop cheered the Dawgs on to a big victory over the Eagles of Georgia Southern.

Cooper Hates Tummy Time...

...and decided to sleep through it this time around.
