Easter Weekend Festivities

I'd like to begin by assuring everyone that Mommy and Daddy diligently abide by all current U.S. child labor laws....I wash dishes with Dad because its F-U-N (see big smile). Now that we have that straight, on to Easter weekend. After a great trip to Arizona and a few needed rest days, I was fully prepared to celebrate first annual Easter. Babs and Stu came in from the mountains of North Georgia, Aunt JP and Uncle Ethan came in from Birmingham, and Aunt Meg and Uncle Josh (holding camera/not pictured below) came to celebrate with me. We went to church, and I barely made it through the 10:30 High Mass with the Archbishop Wilton D. Gregory. I am napping (post-Mass) in the photo below in an effort to recharge before the egg hunt.

Mom, Dad and I before Mass...awake, chipper, and looking dapper!

Yes...that is an Easter basket in the shape of a rabbit with my name on it. Mom said she wanted to find just the right basket that I keep and hunt with forever...Thanks Mom, I'm sure the bigger kids will think its adorable when they're walloping me with it...on the bright side, the Easter Bunny hopped on down the bunny trail and filled it with lots of Easter goodies.
Happy Easter everyone...(belated -- Dad's a late blogger)
G-Day - We can't forget G-Day. Easter was a Sunday, but before Easter Sunday, Mom, Dad, Aunt Jennifer and Uncle Ethan cruised up to Athens, GA for the annual spring scrimmage game of the Georgia Bulldogs...ESPN televised us nationally but it was worth the trip to see in person.
No strollers in Sanford Stadium, so it was Baby Bjorn time for Dad and I.
My buddy Will and I met up for a drink before the game...Uncle Haber met up with us too...it was Bloody Mary's and P.B.R.'s for the adults and formula bottles for us...

Here is my first trip into Sanford. Shortly after this photo, Dad taught me how to properly use the stadium trough behind door number 1 in the background...I'm glad I was wearing a diaper if you want the truth.

It was awesome...the day was great, the crowd was excited, and I napped through the 2nd quarter, half time and 3rd quarter. Everything was perfect, except the Dawgs looked sloppy out there. Coach has some work to do before Stillwater.

Will and I topped it off with a trip down to see, touch and taste the hedges (see male cheerleaders in the background).
We had an outstanding Easter weekend, and I can't wait for the next one. Hope everyone is enjoying Spring.
Regards....CDM

Oh, Cooper, I'm so very jealous. Looks like Sanford Stadium treated you well! Love reading of your travels and fabulous adventures. I, however, have been stuck here in NYC for too many months. I'm thinking a trip to CA is in store. Have you yet been??? You will love it! xoxo Shelley
