Arizona was spectacular...
Here we are, the 4 Murphy dudes in Carefree, AZ...clearly without a care. Uncle Skip just rolled in to town that morning and had is flops and board shorts on in no time.
Mom and I took a slide. There was an awesome jungle gym - slash - swing set over by the tennis club that we hit daily.
Swings...woohoo. This was my first solo swing, and I pretty much LOVED it!
I had to go to the desert to find a perfect lawn. I took notes and I plan to have a pretty frank discussion with Dad about this particular topic...Dad's thumb is far from green.
I had my first swim in the kiddie pool. It finally warmed up enough for Dad and I to take a dip.
Mommy had a float for me, and I rocked it all around that little kiddie pool.
Grandma and Grandpa were so much fun. We walked and played all weekend long. We went to In and Out burger on Day One, but the pix from that slice of paradise are on Grandpa's camera...I have a feeling it will take a couple months before those shots materialize.
Mom, Dad and I had an amazing trip. The flight was long and the time change was brutal....Dad and I were up for coffee at 5am local time every morning...but the trip was totally worth it. We saw all kinds of wild desert animals (no bobcats though), and the weather was beautiful.

Oh Cooper, you and your Dad with uncle Skip and Grandpa is so great.When did you grow up so fast? This is your GreatAunt Terri and I want to tell you that Disneyland is really cool, Titos Tacos, and the proverbial Tommy's burgers, but this will have to wait until you come to California. Now remember if you tell your Grandma and Grandpa they will be joining you, but remember we will get theirs to take out because you're all mine if you come.
Cooper, don't cry, its ok we can take them with us. But know that you're all mine this visit. I will pull all the stops out for you.
Hey, I also heard that your team Georgia (Bulldogs)might play one of our football teams, now greatuncle Tom and Tim have a big suprise for you and your daddy. Know what it is? I will just tell you. Your Greataunt Terri, has an entire half acre of lawn, with a big pool and a small pool just for you. Now the big back yard with the green grass is going to get chalk and it will be outlined like a football field, with the Georgia bulldogs logo in the middle of it... Oh man this will be a very cool greeting to you. I love you so much and I look forward to seeing your mom and dad again here and I can't wait to meet you. I hope all of your grandparents come also. All are always welcome at Greataunt Terries, Tim and you can meet The famous Mr. Bill Cullen. He loves to go swimming and take ice cream trips in the car.
P.S. Cooper, this is a real Notre Dame house so you must carry a lot of weight.
