Beach Weekend

Beach, Beach, Beach! I went with Mom, Dad, and the pups to the beach a couple weeks ago. We visited Grandma K and Grandpa D at Kiawah. It was my first time in the sand and surf and it was fantastic! We went down Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend and hit the sand that afternoon. The ride down took about 6.5 hours which is rough, but Dad said that was actually pretty normal...I think he was prepared to blame me for any additional drive time, so I did my best to sleep most of the way.

Here are Dad and I on the beach...

Grandma got me a basket full of beach toys....and here I am with some stranger's rake. My basket of toys had a shovel, bucket, sifter, castle form....basically, everything but a darn rake. I saw this other's kid's rake a few feet away and dominated on over.

Ocean kayaking sure looks awesome...once my legs get a little longer I'm going to shove off in this little orange kayak.
Family pic by the sea...this one took about 98 tries to get us all looking at one time, Mom and Dad kept blinking and looking off...me? I held that smile the entire shoot
Aunt Meg and Uncle Josh got me this awesome set of wheels, the Super Coupe (Coop)...I go tearing all around the house on two feet with this ride. Its awesome.

Later dudes...CDM

Aunt Bee has not been to the beach this year. Uh oh... I am lookin like a true desert rat.. Thats right it is really tacky... Cooper you have me dominated, I will be there in October for sure... Now I am sure that Mom and Dad have some incredible schedules already;(since that runs in the family), so I will take a date now and then we can plan accordingly. I do not want to interrupt anything.... Ok Coop? Save me a cap from your favorite team and I will wear it the next time I see the UNC's.... Do you hear the mayhem already??? Talk to you later dudes....
